can you suggest some government medical colleges with lowest cut off in india for mbbs

Last year's data and my experience conclude that Tamil Nadu and West Bengal may have lower cutoffs this time too. But, you need to have a proper domicile of the state to gain a seat. West Bengal cutoff last year went even quite a good margin below 480. It might be difficult for this year because the paper was easy and it might not be as less as 480.
