MBA is not diploma course it's a master of business administration study. So if you want to join this course you have to complete your bachalor degree from any one subject. Then you can give the entrance examination which is called CAT. Other than this examination you can give GMAT, XAT examinations also. Infact some MBA colleges offer their own entrance examination. So you can check this out also.

Diploma is pgdm i.e. post graduation diploma course but this is alos same as MBA. And yes you can do this pg is cosmetic management. Also you can do other subjects which are important to cosmetic industry
