You need to fill the total percentage You have got including all the subjects from 1st and 2nd year right now.

Right now after CAT exam you will be evaluated on your this percentage only and then later when you will get your final percentage you can update it when you will be called for interview individually from each college. Each college asks you to refill all your details there you can update it and verify it when all your documents will be checked on the day of your interview.

Make sure you give lots of mock test and analyse them in these last 2 months. Going through solutions after every attempt of paper will give you chance to improve your mistakes and come up with a strategy to improve your speed and accuracy.
