No such official announcement has been made about exclusion of the subject Chemistry from the syllabus of JEE (Mains).2020.

Actually I get confused by some of statements given by aicte .I am preparing for 2021 jee mains.
So, that means chemistry will still remains in jee mains question paper?

No you are wrong . Chemistry is mandatory for JEE Mains along with Physics and Mathematics . Chemistry's weightage in JEE Mains is equal to Mathematics and Physics weightage. So you should prepare 3 subjects equally well . This is official that Chemistry is also included in JEE Mains.
