No there is no any compulsion to enter your class 11th details in NEET 2nd phase application form but yes if you have then you can put those details into your application form it won't affect your NEET result.

You can follow the given steps to fill out your 2nd phase NEET 2021 application form :-

1. Click on the link given below

1. Now enter your NEET application ID, password which you have generated during the registration of 1st phase and enter security pin as shown their on the screen.
2. Click on 'Correction cum Filling up to phase 2 in application form'
3. Now you have to read the instructions carefully and enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
4. The personal details that you had submitted in phase 1 of NEET application form will appear on the screen.
5. Edit the details in NEET phase 1 registration whichever is required, if not required then proceed.
6. Now fill the NEET 2nd phase application form - educational, subjects-wise marks, parents income details and whatever details required.
7. After entering the Security pin mentioned on the Screen click on the submit button.
