Yes of course you can give as long as you qualify it's eligibility criteria which says, the candidate need to have Physics Chemistry and Biology as main subjects in class 12th and must score minimum of 50% in boards. No matter whether you have done it from any open school or from any education board.

Hello aspirant,

As per the official notification released by National Testing Agency (NTA), the new exam conducting body, students from any open or private school are not eligible to appear for NEET 2019.
