CLAT is on 26 May, 2019 and AIIMS is on 25 and 26 May, 2019 in two shifts. We cannot say anything for the date change, the change might take place or might not. Better option would be to prepare and focus on a single exam, that interests you, rather than focussing on both of them as it might reduce your chances of selection in both of them.

As of now there are no notification from CLAT as well as AIIMS regarding the date change.
Moreover looking at the 2019 elections, it is very unlikely that the dates may change.
I would suggest you to prepare for your exam, whatever the date maybe, better preparation would give you best results.
