IIIT Bangalore offers Integrated M.Tech course in Computer Science Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Admission to the course is done on the basis of JEE Main scores. Last year JEE Main cutoff was as follows-

Cutoff for integrated M.Tech CSE was 182
Cutoff for integrated M.Tech ECE was 170
