There is no such college which allows you to study without attending the college.

Almost every college has a rule that every student who wishes to get promoted to the next semester or year must have an attendence of atleast 75 percent and if he fails to maintain it leads to his detain or even the termination from the college.

Well there are other methods which may be helo lful to you to an extent

If a students attendence is less than 75 percentage and if he gets a medical certificate showing his illness or health problem due to which he/she is unable to attend the college then you can get promoted to the next year if your all your subjects.
