Hi Reha,

Some of the best options for arts courses like Political Science honours is central government universities which include Delhi University, Jamia Milia Islamic, Banaras Hindu University etc. They have exceptional faculty and crowd. Among the private ones, Xaviers, MCC, Ashoka etc are decent options. You can also go for the state university colleges in your area. This is quite a common course.
