Hello Mr. Thakur, 

In order to pursue Computer Science Engineering, one requires to have a qualifying degree of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Maths. As a commerce students have not studied these subjects in his 10 +2, therefore he/she is not eligible to take up this course.
