Actually see all of the courses that you have mentioned are very good courses. But one thing you also should remember that your interest matters. Because suppose if you are interested about BSc nursing and then you go for BSC biotechnology which is quite different from BSc nursing as well in the term of syllabus and the study curriculum. However if you want to get a compare between all of those courses then I can suggest you to go for BSC nursing course. Just because it is a professional degree course which means after completing your course you can get chance in some nursing homes medical colleges and hospitals to work as a nurse.
