Well both of the colleges are good enough but when compared for bsc hons one should always go for shivaji college. Shivaji college is among the top colleges in du in field of science an hence always have a high cutoffs. It is one of the good colleges we have in off campus. It is well furnished with good infrastructure and  the faculty is considered good enough when compared to rajdhani college.

So i would suggest you to go for shivaji college if you're getting it!
