Single book is sufficient for the preparation of JEE advanced exam, but along with this you will have to give your focus to analyse the previous year question papers where you will get an idea of question which would be asked in the exam these will not same but probably may consist some of the concept, the book which you are going to refer is sufficient only if you feel that you are satisfied and confident with the knowledge, if you feel that you are not confident then you can go with other books also, along with this you can also refer study material given by coaching institutes etc.

Yes mc graw hills maths book for JEE advanced is good it has got higher order thinking questions very much of advanced level. The book alone is not sufficient see if you are very good at maths then stat practicing it but if you want to learn from the book before any prior knowledge then it will be difficult try solving RD sharma first then move to MC graw Hills. also solve previous year.
