Hello manohar!!Both streams  are best,choose the better that you are interested in if you want deal with hardware,microprocessor and software then go for computer science engineering.I f you want interested in designing circuits with Ic's,soldering,working with microcontrollers like Arduino .But a computer science engineering field offers better salary and growth compared to electrical.If you want to know more  a bout the both streams just go through the links provided below.
