You can get admission in B Tech CSE, however you have to fulfill the eligibility conditions. The B Tech CSE programme gives its graduates a competitive edge through robust curriculum and hands-on learning in niche technologies to develop competence which caters to the requirements of the industry. It primarily deals with the development and designing of computer software and hardware processes with strong focus on algorithms, programming languages, program design etc.

This depends upon the state and institutes/universities you are applying to. However braodly speaking a diploma holder in Computer science engineering will be eligible. See some states conduct entrance exams but mostly it is on the basis of the diploma provided you meet the eligibility criteria.
