Hello,
Qualifing the neet entrance exam does not guarantee admission to courses like bams ,bhms,bums .
The expected cutoff marks for admission into these  courses for general category students is around 300 for private colleges it's around 250.
If You have scored enough then only you can  get a government or private seat for bams course .
The cutoff changes almost every year,so nothing can be predicted much.cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
