Hi Rachna don't worry if you have forgot to fill the set form for Symbiosis you can still get admission in the college through management quota ,they do have the facility of management quota and they are quite open about it so no need to take tension just directly approach the college ask them the cut off the are looking for the management quota seats and just take admission.
