There are many colleges like LPU AMITY and for which you dont need to qualify jee mains.
By the way what's your score in jee? So that i can help better

Not in the basis of 12th completely but you have to appear for jee to be eligible for admission. Qualified or not doesn't matter.
Almost all private college take even if you have not qualified in jee mains
