I got 84.6 percentage in 12 PCM (cbse)and in Jee 24 marks in Pune in which college I can get admission for b.tech(mech.)

Sorry to say but you have a very poor score in jee main I don't thing you'll be able to get any good college in pune because if you're another state student then the chances are almost 0 as the cutoffs are very high for other state students. I would suggest you to either wait for spot counseling or to try next year with better preparation.
