First of all there will be announcement of results. On the day of result,you will get your rank card which consist of your marks obtained in each subject,all india rank,category rank. And then it comes to state counselling
Step 1:Application for respective state counselling.
Step 2:Release of state ranks by respective states.
Step 3:Verification of certificates
Step 4:Final merit list after verification
Step 5:Giving college preferences.
Step 6:Release of allotments for First phase of counselling.
Step 7:Second phase of counselling and shifting.
Step 8:Release of second phase allotments.
Step 9:Final mop up counselling
Counselling will be done till all the seats are filled. According to your state rank and NEET marks you will be allotted a seat in subsequent counselling phase. If you have allotted a seat you will get a reporting letter after payment of university fees. You need to report to the allotted college before the given date.

All India counselling
The counselling will be conducted by CBSC for filling seats under All India 15% Quota.The process will be same as above.

Only those candidates who will secure the minimum qualifying percentile of NEET will be eligible to participate in NEET 2019 counselling. In order to be considered qualified for NEET 2019, candidates will be required to secure a minimum of 50th percentile (45th percentile for General-PwD candidates and 40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC candidates). Interested candidates can check here the important details related to the counselling process of NEET 2019 like registration, choice filling, choice locking, seat allotment, previous year NEET cutoffs.

There's no official dates given by NTA yet for the counseling procedures of NEET 2019 but you can expect round 1 of the counseling to be start form second week of june and the results of the first round will be announced in the 4th week of june. After that further rounds will take place, I would suggest you to be a little patient soon the exact dates will be released.
