If you belongs to General category then your CRL rank will be considered for seat allotment by JOSAA counselling but if you belongs to any of the reserved category like EWS/OBC/SC/ST/PwD then your category rank will be considered for seat allotment by JOSAA counselling and in CSAB counselling only CRL rank is to be considered whether you belongs to General category or any other category.
