As your want to know the process of csab, or i can assume the CSAB SPECIAL ROUND COUNSELING, then here is the complete process of csab special round counseling.

First you must meet the required eligibility to participate in csab special round counselling. For participating in csab special round counseling :-

• You must have given JEE Mains by securing a valid rank

• If you have not got allotted any seat in JoSAA or didn't participated in JoSAA counselling or withdrawn your josaa seat or your seat gets cancelled, then you can participate in CSAB special round for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs 2020

• If you have been allotted any seat in NITs, IIITs or GFTIs through JoSAA and your are retaining your seat, then also you can participate in csab special round counseling.

Now, secondly, for participating in csab special round counseling, you have to pay the participation fees of rs. 16500 (for sc/st/pwd) or Rs. 36500 ( for general /obc ).

Now, do the choice filling and Lock it before the given time. And wait for round 1 to commence.
After round 1 your have to exercise any one the options given below :-

• Seat Acceptance (FREEZE/SLIDE/FLOAT) & Institute Reporting online

(OR)

• Surrender Allotted Seat and Participating in Next Round

(OR)

• Surrender Allotted Seat and NOT Participating in Next Round

(OR)

• Not allotted any seat at the end of special round-I, and NOT WIILING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SPECIAL ROUND II

Then you have to give the Seat Acceptance Fees and upload the documents. If the queries are raise by verifying officers then you gave to respond their queries.
And at last in second round counseling, if you git alloted any seat then you can accept it and do the rest as told in above line.

Also note that the buisness rules of csab 2020 special round counseling had not been released, so all the things will be clear when the 2020 business rules will be released.
