Dear aspirant

It's depends upon the rank you have got in your examination and the closing rank in the last round of counselling.If you have a rank close to the closing rank of the last round you have high chances to get the seat. Also try and check if there is any seat left in any college for your category which usually gets filled in the initial rounds.

I guess you need to apply for these rounds seperately and be physically present at the college.

A candidate with a better rank than you who is present at the time of spot round will be preferred over you
