For qualifying in NEET, for a Candidate belonging to OBC Category, you should score 40 percentile of the top NEET score. That is the qualifying cut off. Now Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So the formula might remain the same but the number might change. In 2019, the cut offs increased by 15 marke and the cut offs were 107-133. This year it might change as well. But for a seat under OBC Category, you will need nothing less than 500-575.
