Well the answer to this question differs from state to state, college to college and university to university. Some rough overall idea if I was supposed to give you then the cutoff is around 550 for government MBBS colleges and around 500 for private MBBS colleges. The cutoff also depend on various other factors like number of candidates appearing, paper level, etc.

So aim for scoring the best out of you maybe 575+ to ensure your seat in MBBS course.
