The cutoff varies for different categories.

Since last 2 years, the cutoffs for production engineering at COEP are in the following range for different categories:

Open: 91.23%+

OBC: 84.47%+

SC: 83.88%+

NTB: 69.59%+

NTC:77.65%+

So look according to the category and then you will get a better idea regarding getting the production branch or not.
