Central University of Tamil Nadu conducts admission for MA   Mass Communication  through CUCET, till now the official notification for this year isn't released, and moreover there has been announcement regarding addition of more central universities to CUCET for which the detailed information isn't out yet, it was expected to get released by April and CUCET was expected to be conducted by June, seeing current scenarios if it doesn't improve anytime sooner, then there can be an expected delay regarding the admission schedule, you can go through last year model paper, exam pattern, and syllabus at https://cucetexam.in/CUCET2020/RecPages/Search01Program16Details.aspx
