If you're willing to apply in the top colleges of India I'd say that a score above 550 can fetch you a seat. If you have scored decent marks like 500-520 plus I'd say you'll easily get a seat in a decent government college of your choice.

Also, there are various factors deciding the probability of you taking a seat like your category, state of domicile etc.
