If you are asking me about the junior college cut-offs, I don't have much idea. Usually they are 3 to 4% higher than the previous year's cut-off but a lot depends on the marking pattern of the board  that year.

For FYBA and FYBSc, I have attached links which show last year's cut-offs. In my experience, cut-offs increase by about 2% every year.
