I am mentioning below the last cutoff ranks who got admission in Govt. Medical College, Kota under state quota in 2017. The data of 2016 isnt available for now. It will give you an idea of the cutoff marks for college.

The last general category candidate who got admission under state quota in Kota Medical College got rank of 8,518 and 562 marks (out of 720).

The last OBC category candidate who got admission under state quota in Kota Medical College got rank of 9,474  and 557 marks (out of 720).

The last SC category candidate who got admission under state quota in Kota Medical College got rank of 47,525  and 452 marks (out of 720).

The last ST category candidate who got admission under state quota in Kota Medical College got rank of 76,232  and 405 marks (out of 720).
