NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.
To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-
• General /EWS- 50th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
• General-PwD - 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile
Marks wise cut off is as following-
• General - 720-138
• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108
• Gen PwD - 137-122
• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108
Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty levelt off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs have increased compared to last year.
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year
It would be very difficult for you to get GMC, Kota even in State counseling. As previous year the cut off for Government medical College, Kota was 635. So you might have an outside chance for getting seat in GMC, Kota

There are total 150 seats in KOTA gmc. it ranks 65th in the country and and 7th in Rajasthan.
Average out patient is more than 5000.
Here is the ALL INDIA QUOTA CUT OFF RANKS
For UR, total 16 seats are there. According to the above data, you need to score more than 580 marks.
Also note that, ranks are more important than marks. Many students gets same marks but their ranks are different. So emphasize on ranks

See as you have mentioned that you have been allotted GMC Kota in Round 1 of state quota counselling of Rajasthan then you have some options like either you go with it or you can also go for seat upgradation with this seat being reserved. So it seems that you want to upgrade the seat then what you have to do is just report to the allotted college and pay the required amount, then go for Round 2 and if you an upgraded set would be allotted to you then earlier allotted seat will automatically be cancelled and the amount will be refunded to you within few working days.

Yes Kota medical college has NRI quota.
As many as 11 government and private medical colleges in Rajasthan are offering NRI admissions for MBBS. Out of total seats of 1350, in the 11 medical colleges, as many as 205 are reserved for NRI students in government and private medical colleges of Rajasthan
Kota medical colleges, 100 seats have increased after 2014, which is why, 15 seats have been reserved for NRIs on the basis of order of reserving 15% seats of total seats
NRI quota fees is 15,00,000.

In 2019, the least marks required to secure a seat in Government Medical College, Kota and RNT Medical College, Udaipur for OBC(NCL) under state quota was 605 marks and 610 marks respectively, you are merely short of few marks, but you may have chances in the following colleges;
Government Medical College, Bharatpur
Government Medical College, Bhilwara
Government Medical College, Pali,
Government Medical College, Churu,
Government Medical College, Dungarpur

But you have less chances of getting GMC, Kota as last year it closed at 602 marks under EWS category. Sorry!!!Your question is not clear.If you can mention the college ,we can be able to tell the courses.Generally,In most of the colleges all the clinical branches are available for PG courses.Specific courses are much better than normal in specific colleges.
