Hi aspirant,

The cutoff marks varies per year as per number of student,number of available seats and difficulties of question paper and every colleges has different cutoff marks.

The cutoff marks of semi private college in Maharashtra between 420 to 450 marks if you belong to OBC catagory. And if want top colleges you need to score minimum 490 marks.
