You have not mentioned your category.In 2019 NEET cut off for Kolkata Medical College was as follows for home state candidates

General:614
ST: 523
SC: 352
OBC: 606

Cut off is subjected to change in 2020 depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam, highest score etc.
