Hi Mahesh

74.4 is not at all enough to get admission in jipmer. You may be from general, or obc, or sc the minimum cutoff percentile should be above 90 percentile. Even after getting 90 percentile, your seat is not confirmed. If you have given neet, try in the counselling there. All the best
