The online registration, slot booking for document verification of basic information and payment of processing fee for the second round of TS EAMCET counselling has already been done from July 24 to July 25 2019. I'm afraid that you might have missed the date for registration. However, there might or might not be the third round of counselling, so you can count your chances upon that. In the meanwhile, keep looking for other institutes to keep your options open.
