DCE is one of the premier institutes imparting education in the field ofengineeringand the DCE (Delhi College of Engineering) does not needs and introduction at all. The institute is a part of Delhi University is ranked second in the Delhi after the IIT- Delhi. That mean we can't give DCE exam to get into DCE....
