Khushi, should you qualify in NEET and secure a seat in AFMC, there should not be any reason why you cannot take admission in AFMC. Now there is no upper age limit for NEET and NIOS Candidates or repeaters also can appear for NEET. So even if you have had a gap of 2 years between, if you hae completed your 12th  and passed in all subjects and secured the minimum required aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you are eligible for NEET. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST.

To be eligible for NEET, you must be 17 years as on December 31 of the year of examination. Right now, there is upper age limit. Also you must have securee 50% marks in PCB in 12, if general category. Earlier it was specified that a student must undergo continuous study of two years to be eligible to take the NEET exam and gap between 11 and 12 was not allowed. However, this amendment was removed by Delhi High Court and now the students with a gap year can also appear for the NEET exam. You can appear for NEET even if you have gap year/years in between.
