I think dropping 2 years is a very long time. Time is precious. Admissions are going in LPU, you can join this year.

I have experienced LPU!!!

I don't think u will eligible for regular colleges with 2 year of gap after 12th.

If you consider better colleges u need to attempt ENTRANCE EXAMS again.

Yes Sure. You can take admission after 2 years gap. There will be no problem in admission. However, only few companies don't hire such candidate. But if you study hard and proove yourself in aptitude test of companies then there will be no problem in placement too. But in HR interview round, they may ask you about gap. So be prepared with a decent answer for this question.
