The Staff Selection Commission- Conbined Graduate Level examination is held annually to allot jobs in the various departments of the  governments. Unfortunately, the SSC has declared that starting from 2020, a candidate should be between the ages of 20 and 30 to be eligible to answer this examination. As you are 36 years old, you are not eligible for SSC-CGL 2020-21.
