Hello, if this is the case you need to go to the administrative department of your respective college and ask for your documents. Do carry with yourself an identification card or certificate so that they can recognize you. Hope you do get your certificates.

My University is Rajasthan vidyapeeth University in Udaipur. But I studied in Chennai center distance education. Now no centre in Chennai. So nobody contact in Chennai.
