You have to look for goverment engineering college except IITs,IIITs or NITs for lateral entry..As only state government College allow polytechnic degree holder to pursue B.tech course through lateral entry..To get seat in government engineering college you have to qualify UKSEE examination with good score either JEE MAINS..

Colleges with accept UKSEE score are:

ROORKEE COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING

QUANTUM SCHOOL OF TECHOLOGY

SRHU UNIVERSITY etc..These College/university has fee around 5-6lakhs for course completion..

And also you can take admission through JEE MAINS SCORE CARD such Colleges are:

SRHU UNIVERSITY

QUANTUM SCHOOL OF TECHOLOGY etc..
