I guess you are in CBSE Board.

According to the Board guidelines, a candidate must secure 33% marks in the external board exams to be declared as PASS.

33% of the total allotted marks, i.e 80 is 26. As you have mentioned, you gave correct answers for 23, so YES, you will have good chances to pass as the board adopts various procedures like Moderation and Grace Marks.

But any assurance about the same cannot be given.
