Obviously the placements for biotechnology are not as good as CS and IT branch . But they are better than in any other private college. Few companies come to BIT mesra for recruitments of biotechnology students . However only one or two core companies visit the campus. Your chances of placements increase if you have done any certification course or any internships alongwith your studies. The average package offered is Rs.8lpa. Top companies like amazon , flipkart etc also visit the campus.
