Abhijit last year 99.117 percentile cut-off was for a general category (HU) student after the last round of CAP. For an OBC (HU) category student, SIMSREE cut-off in the first round of CAP was 98.59 percentile which can further go down a little in the next CAP rounds but still with your 97.88 percentile there is 50-50 chance for you to get admission in SIMSREE.

And assuming that you clear the cut-off then also you don't need to go for any GD/PI. You will directly get admission. I am mentioning the whole procedure for getting admission for every category student in any college:

• CAP 2018 Registration starts - May 15, 2018 - Fill up the form online at DTE website with application fee
• CAP 2018 Registration ends - June 2, 2018 - Online at DTE Website
• CAP document verification starts at FC - May 15, 2018 - 180+ Facilitation Centres across Maharashtra
• CAP document verification ends at FC - June 2, 2018 - Better to do it before the last date
• Display of Provisional Merit List for Admission - June 5, 2018 - On the website, at FCs
• Last date to submit grievances at FCs - June 6 & 7, 2018 - Submit by 5 PM, if any
• Display of Final Merit list of candidates - June 11, 2018 - Seat Allocation is done as per merit score. Separate merit list for Maharashtra and All India category candidates
• Reporting for Admission - At ARC immediately after seat allotment
• Candidates should report and confirm admission at Admission Reporting Centre (ARC) else admission will stand cancelled
