Each and every state Government Colleges in India has handicapped quota. The reservation seats in Andhra pradesh Educational Institutions includes :

2% seats are reserved in I.T.I’s
In Govt. B.Ed colleges and T.T.C’s 3% seats are reserved.
1% each seat is available in 3 regions of the Engineering Colleges of State of A.P
¼% quota is in MBBS course.

You can get seats as per the quota availability, whenever the admission process is done.
