Gender discrimination is something where in, a society discriminate between individuals based on their gender and, it is becoming a havoc in the society.

This discrimination is faced in every arena of life whether it is Professional or personal. Things that is fed in the human mind since childhood is carried by them to the tomb,  thus, since childhood every individual is taught that girls are fragile and delicate and men or boys have to be strong in any situation and they, cannot be emotional but this is not the truth; with changing days the society is changing and trying to grow. People are Appreciating women in the world of wrestling and we have men as cooks and chefs acclaimed throughout the world.

There are some issues related to gender inequality:

• Low pay scale for women
• The transgender not getting proper work facility based on their talent and are discriminated based on their gender.
• Female Foeticide
• Domestic Violence whether it is a man or women
• Less Opportunities for women.
• Less competitive projects handed over to women as they are considered inferior
• The society always portrays the man wrong when a women accuses, without even looking inside the truth of the event.
• Discrimination in work place.
• Sexual Harassment

There are certain issues that kind of act as a fuel to gender discrimination:

• Sexual  Harassment at work place
• Racism
• Fear of the society

These things need to be change and we should bring in equality in the society.
