There is a school of interdisciplinary in IIT Delhi. We can choose subjects of multiple disciplines. But there is no such course like mechatronics offered in IIT Delhi. Coming to NIT's, non of the NIT's offer such course till now.

Sorry but none of these colleges i.e. nether IIT Delhi nor NIT Delhi offers the course of bachleor of technology ( B.Tech) in the branch of mechatronics engineering.

If you want to choose mechatronics engineering as a branch for your career you should choose between different colleges that offers the same.
