Yes students  passed through  NIOS are eligible for neet and if they clear neet with sufficient marks then they can even take admission in medical college and pursue their dream of becoming a doctor.

NIOS students are eligible for NEET. While we do not have the number of NIOS candidates whonappeared in NEET 2019 as yet, The Supreme Court has put a Stay on order that stops NIOS candidates from appearing in NEET. Until a final verdict has been reached on it, NIOS candidates can appear for NEET provided they fulfil the age and educational criteria.
