JAC Delhi is responsible for organizing counselling and admission process into the engineering and architecture courses in Delhi. The admission is done based on the JEE Mains Paper 1 scores for Engineering and JEE Mains paper 2 for architecture. JEE Mains exam has been postponed. So, JAC Delhi will open the window for application and registration once the JEE Mains result is out. You cannot apply for the JAC Delhi now.
